Meazzi bongos

Hi guys, I need your advice.

I'm considering buying these bongos. They're made by Meazzi and obviously have seen some rough times. Also, at least one lug seems to be modified, see photos. Seller established a firm price of 25 dollars. What do you think? Is that a good price? Can those lugs work? How old can they be?

I do think those are worth 25.00. The receiver nuts that are damaged can be replaced and you can get them back to quite decent shape. The heads appear to be intact and are skin----they are worth that alone. Don't know how shipping would factor in, though. The thing is----Meazzi was a high end maker---even their low end drums were really good, so they are probabaly pretty good bongos. They seem to be well crafted of stave wood and well banded too.
