Mike, where does one bid on this? Is this a local auction or an internet thing?

Thanks,

FYI, this was a Sears Special, you could only buy one from them. It was not widely available from any other source, so if your mom was a Sears shopper from 67-70, and you were getting into drums, you may have gotten one for Christmas. It was not hugely popular after a couple of the neighborhood kids got one and found out just how cheaply they were made. One of my friends got one and I thought it was the coolest drum ever, at 8 years old, until he broke a couple of the lugs while tuning it, maybe in March the following spring, and it went in the attic, never to be heard again.

Then he got an Acrolite...I got the big-a$$ Ludwig Marching snare (14x8-10, something like that) from the school to hang around my neck because I was the biggest kid in my class (this was going into the last half of the 4th grade because our music classes were split into two groups)...I hated that thing, it weighed a ton and was seriously over the top loud for elementary kids. I had been playing football for 3 years at this point and was one of the biggest kids in 4th and 5th grade.
