lyon and healy snare drum

I recently found a lyon and healy snare drum and was hoping to get some information about it from someone. It has a brass shell with wooden hoops. 5"x15. attached to the drum is a hoop/ring that looks like it attached to a person's belt or pants? Inside tag reads Lyon and Healy manufacturers, Factories, Union Park, warerooms, Wabash Ave and Adams St, Chicago. Anyone have information about when the drum was made and if it has any $$value.
