I've got plenty (over 40) of these lugs but just noticed a couple of slight differences.... wouldn't have even noticed if it wasn't for your comment about the ones with the fatter base....

I've got plenty that look like the right kind but there's a letter stamped in the top right or sometimes top left hand corner.... either X, F or B.

Also I have 6 or 7 that have longer (approx 6 mm) stems where the backing screw mounts. All the others are about 3mm long.

Let me know if the stamped letter thing is important..... and I'm assuming you need the longer (6 ply) backing screws. I can do 16 for $5 each (including backing screws) plus shipping and they are all in excellent condition. Feel free to call my cell (858 776 1472) if you want to discuss any details.

Here's some pics of 8 of the lugs. All in great shape and hopefully you can see that they are the ones with the stamped letter at the top.

I could probably find another 8 that aren't in such great shape which i could do for a bit less.
