Where would one find lug gasket material ( what is it made of anyway? ) to make custom lug gaskets with?

Thanks, all

It's usually (is that right?) made of a thin rubber. Kind of like what is used as a jar gripper in the kitchen drawer. Others use a thin flexi-plastic stuff. I don't like that stuff 'cause it scratches the finish. Home Depot / Lowes and such sell gasket material. It's cheap.

This link has the "official" stuff, haha. I don't know what it's exact composition is, but they have it in 1/32" and 1/16" thicknesses.
