So, I had two gigs this weekend, Friday and Saturday. I used my Ludwig last night and my latest Rogers tonight.

Both kits are 13,16,22.

once the brass ceases to glitter, and the drum looses its luster, and the stage remains dark, all you have left is the timbre of family.

I love playing in a band, this particular band is a lot of fun, we play a wide variety of music.

Regarding the drums, this is the first time I've used two different kits on back to back gigs and I could really see the difference between the two. I'm a Ludwig guy, but Rogers are just better built drums. Very solid, were easier to play and from where I was sitting, seemed to project more. So, I suppose I'm really a Ludwig/Rogers guy.

I actually only used the black dots because I didn't have any extra Ambassadors in those sizes. I kinda dig how they look with the black finish.

I love that Zildjian CIE, I wish they still made them, I'd like to have another and use on my left as a crash.
