Ludwig Upper Rod with Tilter

Hey, guys!

Looking for an upper rod with the tilter for a vintage Ludwig cymbal stand. I believe it is a 1400 model. I have the rest of the stand but, the upper rod and tilter are probably an old Japanese type. That's okay BUT, there is not enough room on the tilter for felts and washers! Very poorly designed. Thank you!
