Nice looking set-up. It appears as if the tom mounting arrangement is a bit unique, but I cannot quite see what it is from the photo. What is Thermogloss?

What is Thermogloss?

Ludwig's version of clear coating over natural wood. The material was supposedly warmed before spraying to facilitate a more even distribution of the clear material (thought to be nitrocellulose lacquer), limit formation of "orange peel," and thus minimize post-spraying finish work.
