Hey everyone

I bought a Ludwig Super Sensitive 14x6.5 a couple of months ago.

I sounded very good and everything looks perfect and in good condition.

Today I bought a Remo no-collar snare side head, to exchange with ambassador snare side that was on it. It was stretched all the way and almost touched the snare mechanism.

When I took the snare side hoop off (It took me a little effort to take it off, but not very much), put the new snare side head on., I then wanted to out the hoop back on, but it can't get it on... It's like it's to big... Strange because before it fitted wel...

Is there anything I miss? The shell is perfectly round so thats not the problem.

Does anybody know what's the problem here?
