Ludwig standard snare - gold mist

Loading...

I bought a vintage snare in the early 90s for one of my kids. Trying to figure out the age - serial number is 10467. It's in good shape, a little darkening on the gold. Any idea of value?

Thanks

They run in the 60-90 range in really good condition, and I have seen them sell as low as 40 in good condition. Just depends on who is looking for the drum, who is selling it, the condition, and whatever other factors you could figure in. In other words, it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay.

yep, same shell as a jazz festival. great bargains. the market is weird right now but these can go for hundreds for the buyer looking for one to complete a a kit. made from 68-73 or thereabouts with that badge. they usually have a neat p83 with a block logo instead of the script logo.
