It looks like toms are a different finish than the kick, there are metal hoops on kick and some of the t-rods are un-original The kit looks to be in rough shape.
Buyer will take $500 for 13,16,22, any thoughts?

That seems a bit high for a mismatched standard kit. I'd pass.
That's what I told them, I tried to explain the issues, but apparently it fell on deaf ears because they wouldn't budge.

Way over price 500.00, I would offer 200.00 for the set.
Because I see missing wrap on the bass drum wrong lugs on the floor tom bottom side maybe its been re-drilled to the pearl lugs...

Looks like an Avocado strata bass with two Gold Strata toms.
That seems pretty high. Values for these are on the rise but that set looks pretty beat. Maybe if they were all Avocado but even then that's steep.

What's the going rate for Standards these days? Someone near me is offering a set of lemon stratas for $750, which seems high. They're in good, but not mint, condition, sizes 22/12/13/16.

That's probably not an outlandish price due to the wrap. Lemon Strata seems to be one of the more sought after of the Strata finishes which puts them at a premium over the more common ones like blue and ruby strata. It seems to be a fact of life that certain wraps will bring more money than others for various reasons (rarity, desirability, coolness, etc. ) even though the underlying drums and resulting sound are exactly the same. Lemon Strata is one of the neatest looking of the six strata wraps (IMO) and therefore might fall into that category for many.
$550 or $650 would be better of course. If the seller doesn't realize that wrap is somewhat sought after he might be willing to negotiate.
