I really like concert toms, but the worst thing one can do is

"Nest" them. I have many examples of these drums w/ chewed up interiors. (of course the use of blankets

help, but they don't seem to be used very much).

One cool thing about these was that Ludwig put wrap on the insides of the drums so the insides would match the outsides.

Not a really common configuration but they do pop up on ebay from time to time. Someone had a Lemon Strata kit on ebay but they broke it up and were selling each piece individually (at crazy high prices).

If you're buying a set make sure the unique triple tom holder is included because that is something that would be nearly impossible to find by itself.
