Ludwig Standard 8x12 rack and 14x14 floor tom for sale. These need some work and would really be great for someone looking for a cheap 3ply re-wrap project. The bronze strata wrap is in pretty rough shape, lots of cracking, it looks ok from a distance, but if you're trying to match a kit, this probably isn't going to be for you.

The 12" is complete except for the tom mount, I have the mount but its missing a washer and the wing screw. Other than the cracks in the wrap, everything is in good shape and the shell is solid. No extra holes.

The 14" floor tom needs a little more work. It has no extra holes, but the bottom re-ring has come loose and will need to be re-glued and then a new edge cut. Its missing the bottom rim, 1 lug (I may have a spare somewhere), tone control, and a couple of tension rods.
