I've recently finished restoring this 1970's Ludwig Snare drum for a friend.Can anyone out there tell me more about the drum?The shell is plastic/acrylic and i know it was made in the 1970's,any info,(todays cost of the drum and any comments on the restoration),would be very much appreciated.

It looks to me like it's a solid white Vistalite that has had the tone control / muffler assembly removed at some point in time. Yes, Ludwig did make solid color Vistas.
