Does anyone know what year this stand is from? I want to sell it on ebay but I would like a time frame. Any suggestions on a reasonable starting price? I know .99 cents is a good starting price but I would like to get more than that.

I did a completed item search on Ebay, and that stand has sold for anywhere from $20 to $75 lately
