Ludwig Silver Sparkle Drums

Loading...

Well, I finally found a 13,22 to go with the 16, unfortunately the 13 is a bit more faded, but they look good together and they are all keystone badge. Now I need to find a silver sparkle 14 Club Date floor to complete Club Date kit.

I have a 14 in club date floor tom in silver Sparkle. I would trade it for a 14in black diamond pearl Keystone badge Ludwig drum

Thank you!

Unfortunately I don't have a bdp floor tom, would you consider selling it?

Sometimes, we just have to hold on to a drum or a whole drum set if that drum or set is more valuable to us as trade bait than it would be to sell the drum or drum set. Been there....done that.

No matter how far you push the envelope, it is still stationery.

I read somewhere that everything has its price. I don't think it was an accurate statement.

Hey... No politics in here! Of course, I'm kidding. Or am I?

Well, I don't get it, if he sells the drum he can go out and buy whatever it is he's looking for. Otherwise, he may be waiting for a long, long time for someone that has a 14 bdp keystone tom who happens to be looking for a 14 silver sparkle Club Date tom.

Well here is what I was thinking. JR finds, buys and sells a lot of drums so I thought it was worth asking thinking that he might be able to locate what I want. I didnt think he had one sitting in his basement or anything. I use the silver sparkle club date with my BDP kit and my Camco kit (which is actually silver sparkle), it looks pretty good with both kits. So I dont really want to give it up without a replacement. And I am using the drum as trade bait because I have other drums that I need to complete kits. I just bought a fixer upper from a guy on DFO and it is a transition badge kit. They all have transition badges but the 13 and 22 are Nickle hardware and the 16" floor tom is chrome. Plus the floor tom has classic lugs but the other two have one long lug in the center. Plus, the 16 is wrapped in WMP and the others are (were) lacquer. So I will be in the hunt for a 16" transition badge floor tom that needs a paint job.

I generally don't come across many single drums, mainly full kits or snares.

However, I may be able to a hold of a bdp 16 if you're interested.
