I'm thinking about selling my pristine 80's Ludwig set but not sure of what to ask for it. The set has hardly any scratches and I believe has most of the original heads.
Not looking to ship it so it would be pick-up in Clifton NJ or I can deliver it within a hundred miles or so.
Any comments on price range?
That looks to be in excellent condition. Though those bigger sizes aren't much desired these days unfortunately. I would go the Craigslist route and try $350-400.
The snare however is probably more sought after by itself. You could get $125 or so on a good day for that. I had one. Sounded wonderful. Good luck!

I'm hardly an expert, but I've seen the snare on ebay with asking prices of $100-$160.
I'd check ebay for pricing on the kit. The power toms don't seem to be in demand at the moment. Good luck
