Ludwig Junior? Ever heard of it?

Loading...

I got this killer LUDWIG JUNIOR bass drum pedal off of ebay a while back. It turned out to be an excellent pedal. Did they make a hi hat stand comprable to this pedal? I couldnt get the pic uploader to work so go to my photobucket and see theses pics.

According to Mr. Cook's "The Ludwig Book" that pedal was introduced in 1959 and produced until 1973. The Hi-hat stand introduced in 1959 was the #1122 Miracle stand which looked nothing like the Ludwig Junior pedal... so I think the answer is no Hi-hat was made to match that pedal... which is a shame.

I have a Junior pedal to... the first one I saw was marked for $200 or $150, something rediculus in a pawn shop... I ended up getting mine for under $10 on ebay.

It is a very well built little pedal for sure.

Not a Guru... just interested..
