What was the main difference between the Ludwig Jazz Festival and the Classic snare drums besides the throw offs? Was it the same shell?

Yes, only difference would be the throw-offs. I think I actually prefer the jazzfest more because the throw-off is just very simple and those drums sound great. It could also be Ringo envy I guess.x-mas3
