That chart is the basic of what the numbers should be.The key thing is that when the badge boxes were re-filled there was always a few remainders at the bottom.So its not 100% accurate for every drum.And unless you have a stamp date its best estimate.And while every drum had a stamp date...one cleaning of the interior would fix it so that the stamp date went bye bye forever. Judging from the lower serial numbers you have...your kit is from 64-65.Hope this helps.
