Would an early to mid 70's Ludwig Hollywood kit with granite painted interiors be 3 ply or 6 ply? They do have re-rings. The serial #'s are right around 100,000.

That's what I wanted to hear - I love the 3 ply. I bought a set of them the other day, but they are being stored at someone elses house until next week, so I couldn't just go check. I'll get pics up later.
