This is the Ludwig kit I have in the for sale section all miked up and ready for a show at Sunset Station in San Antonio. The soundman was hired from GC and he loved the kit, he said it sounded great and he thought the finish was cool, btw, he's also a drummer. Cool1

Fine looking kit. I'm diggin' the BD head too, used to be everybody had something painted on!

BTW what cymbals are you using with that set?

Believe it or else!

Thanks, I made that logo myself with my trustee magic markers.LoLoLoLo

My cymbals are a 17" Zildjian Custom crash, a 20" Sabian duo ride, a 17" Sabian Vault crash and a pair of 14" Paiste 502 hi-hats. I bought the Zildjian crash for $10 because it had a huge crack on the edge, I had it professionally cut out and the cymbal sounds great, although it does look a bit strange.

I just noticed the bite outta' the crash. Really kinda' looks cool with a bite out of it since it still sounds great. And while I'm on your thread doing the "what's this, what's that, what snare do you have set up for that gig?

Believe it or else!

That started out as a 3.5x14 Pearl free floating snare, someone got longer tension rods and turned into a 5.5x14 snare and used a keller shell. BTW, it sounds fantastic.
