Ludwig Drum ID

Anyone know which series these drums are? The owner said they are maple shells and seems to think they are 90th anniversary line due to the sticker on the bass drum head. I have never seen this badge before and was unable to find any information on-line.

They look like early nineties Monroe maple to me. What's the story with the one tom with only one rim on it? The guy needs to send you better pictures...

The guy said he bought them as new old stock around 1999. They are located in Charlotte, NC so they could have come from the Monroe facility. The tom in question does have the lugs and rim, just can't see them from the pic. Has anyone seen that badge before? Is there a question to wheather they are Ludwig or not? Also what would a set like that be worth, also comes with an acrolite snare (don't which one though). Here are a couple more pics.

You know. you're right. After a second look, they don't look like Luddies to me. The lugs are a giveaway.

They are not Ludwigs...not even bad Ludwigs! They are likely some Asian brand with a Ludwig sticker and logo head. They have no collectible value.
