I really don't have any personal experience with Pioneer snares but I believe some people prefer them over the Jazz Fest.

I haven't been disapointed by a pioneer yet.

Keep fixing them up...

I sold the Downbeat kit, and miss it.

This one doesn’t appeal to me. But if it has that really classic Ludwig tone, it’s worth eight bills.

But man, that tom mount is u-g-l-y.
