Ludwig Classic and Standard Lugs

Do Standard and Classic lugs have the same spacing? Could you fit each lug in the shells of the other I mean?

Thanks

That is incorrect. They have the same spacing and many people including myself have completed Standard to Classic hardware swap-outs. It's as easy as removing one and slapping on the other.

The standard lug spacing is the same as the large classic lugs. The small tom on a classic hollywood kit has small classic lugs. The standard lugs will not fit the holes on a 12" classic tom. I just converted some standards to classic.
