Does anyone own a Ludwig & Ludwig catalog from the 19-teens? A year and a half ago, a 1916 Ludwig catalog sold for around $600.
I know the snare pages are available at Vintage Drum Guide, but I'm trying to learn more about some of the early traps. Would anyone who owns one of these early catalogs be willing to take a quick phone pic of a page or two? Possibly in exchange for some compensation?

The oldest catalog I'm aware of online is from 1922. A little later than you were looking for but perhaps it will still meet your needs. Here's a link to around 60 Ludwig catalogs in PDF format from the early 20's thru the mid '90's.

I think I have a reprint of a catalog from 1912. I think it was officially released by Ludwig(current Ludwig) at some point. It pre-dates the black beauty though....
