club dates are always 20 12 14 hence the name.

actually he's right to ask. club dates can also be in the larger sizes.

FYI

Mike specifically dates these as 1966 in his link, and the 20/12/14 is what was offered that year.

Just four years earlier though, all three drums were a different size... 22/13/15 ....than in 1966, and without the "Deluxe" tag that started in '53 and seems to have ended by '59. Looks like the larger 22/13/15 config continued until '63.

There weren't any "non-Deluxe" versions offered, so maybe that was just an introductory tag they used for a few years?
