Anyone ever seen one before or by chance have one? I’ve searched around with no luck on finding a photo of one. Thanks!

WOW! That drum sold for a grand?!?!?!? WOWOWOWOW! That wrap may be rare, but that particular drum is really in poor condition if you ask me. But hey, to each his own!

Fully agree, IMHO someone really over paid for that drum.

I had seen one prior to this one, years back. I too was surprised at the sale price on this one.

My experience with eBay tells me they probably got an offer and sold it for less than that. Everything I've posted on eBay in the last year has been bombarded with offers up to 60% lower than the ask. I'd be shocked if the snare actually fetched over $500.

1964 Ludwig Downbeat Black Diamond Pearl (12,13,14,16,20)
1976 Ludwig Stainless Steel "Bop" (12,14,18)
1998 Ayotte "Ray Era" Wood Hoop Copper Sparkle (10,12,14,16,20)

Seller had it on a regular auction initially. I saved it to see how it would do financially. The auction was cancelled. When I did a search I found the relisting with the buy it now.
