ludwig bass restoration

Ok, so I am nearing the final stages of this restoration of my old ludwig kit. 1962 (according to badge) 24x14.

I have 2 24 inch bass drum hoops. no problem, right, wrong.

One is a slingerland with a chrome strip. the other is a ludwig which was painted white. I don't mind refinishing them, but i would like to have them match.

Anyone have a 24 inch ludwig hoop for sale, reasonably priced, or know where they sell replacements?
