Ludwig Bass Hoops

Hi guys,

Quick question for you. I've got a mid 60's Clubdate kit that is in need of some new BD hoops. I bought some new unfinished hoops but I don't have to original ones to compare them against. The new ones are 1.75" wide. Is this the correct width for a vintage luddy hoop? Looks a bit wide to me.... Thought I'd ask now before I paint, as it will be easier to cut em down now if need be. Jump For Joy

All of mine are 1.75". I don't have any Club Dates though. Not sure if they're the same. Seems like they would be.
