Ludwig bass drum shell mounting hole diameter

I'm trying to figure what is the exact diameter of the factory hole drilled on mist of 70's LUDWIG bass drum shell (the hole underneath the diamond plate mounting)?

Also need to figure the mount hole spacing (for the screws of the mounting plate).
