Ludwig 14" red sparkle floor tom

Hi, I haven't posted in a while but my brother is looking to sell his 1965 Ludwig 3 ply white interior original wrap 14" floor. It's missing 8 tension rods and 3 wing screws for the let brackets. Overall in nice condition with asime seam lifting but no rips or cracks in the wrap.
