Ludwig 14" Floor Tom - Help Please!

Trying to figure out what I've got here. 14" x 12", Monroe Badge, Serial #3422965. Stamp inside the shell looks like S 906. Appears to be 3 ply, I hope Classic, and it sure looks newish. Any info you can provide about this drum would be appreciated. I want to figure out what I've got and then maybe sell; therefore likely value would be interesting to me too. I've not see this leg hardware before. Round rubber feet.

Modern Ludwig FT legs have a ball-shaped foot, have them on my Classic Maples.

The mounts are Ludwig Elite Tom Brackets - P7185AP.

The drum series/shell makeup is Ludwig Classics @ 6 plies, or Classic Maples @ 7 plies, or Super Classics @ 4 plies.

Looks like it might have been a rack tom that came with a Vibra-band mount and then converted to a floor tom. I also think it would be a 6-ply shell.
