Always felt that Louie B would do well with a small kit and not many options to hit. He's got a great sense of rhythm and it can sometimes get lost with so many things to hit. This is a case in point. The first part of this is just hitting lots of things fast. BUT, when he picks up those brushes ... oh man ... magic. He's amazing. His depth of understanding and feel is unreal. During that section, he reminds me a little of Papa Jo Jones. It's just toying and playing around and having fun. Such a master.
