Ebay would be your best bet. They do crop up once in a while but the pickings as of late have been slim, due to the fact that I bought most of it over the years. :)

Not sure if you know but ...
The Tom mounts shown in that picture are not Premier mounts. They're Swiv-o-matic mounts (Rogers). Keith had a few of his kits refitted with those mounts over the years.
