Hello

I have an old Ludwig shell that was from the Educator series or something -basically a shallow 16" concert tom shell. I'm thinking about turning it into a bass drum that I can stuff another drum into for transport.

Ideally, I'd get 8 of the vintage small lugs, but, wouldn't ya know it....the things cost a mint, now. So, I was wondering if any of you guys might know of a cheaper alternative that would fit into the hole spacing of 1-1/4".
