Looking for 1978 premier resonator tom mount

Hello all.

I moved my 1978 Premier Resonator kit across the country last year and just discovered the bass drum mounted double tom holder did not make the trip with me.

I'm a bit desperate for any help or suggestions on how to replace it, I would hate for my beautiful kit to be useless!! I have never had to replace any vintage drum gear and I'm not sure where to start looking.

Hi Bunjamin. Premier used that basic design of tom mount for quite some time. I have one something like that with my XPK kit from 1990. I've seen them from various years, kits and styles sell on eBay with some frequency. Also note that buying a whole bass drum with one of those in it isn't a terribly expensive way out of your situation.

If you did end up getting one from a later kit, it would look different of course.
