Thanks, I need to work out every day to keep up with these guys I play with, I burn around 10,000 calories during one set, I'm 58 and keep on tickin, (like Ringo who is now 70) I think when I'm 70 I might be in a Polka band playing for nursing homes, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
