Hy Dule

I think it´s a very early Tromsa Snare! Lefima i think had differnt strainers! And this strainer is typical Tromsa!

regards from Austria

I suppose that is a LUXOR snare by Tromsa (one of the numerous Tromsa trade marks).

This strainer is typical Tromsa kind and also was used again in 80's on some Tacton metal snares.

Nice find, Dule !

Cheers,

George.

Luxor were identical to Tromsa and were made for a German music distributor but eventually were sourced from Japan. They were always badged as Luxor, otherwise they would just be some of the unbadged drums they shipped , presumably as house drums for music shops, distributors etc.

This is a Tromsa model, Amateur, which was available in 13 x 5 and 14 x 5 .
