Those lugs came off this snare(!) Lotsa holes this one. I think someone sawed a floor tom and made a snare. ?

Thats difinitely NOT a Leedy shell for sure...looks like a Japanese stencil luan shell cut down and made to look like a Leedy New Era snare.....DOH
