Leedy Tom Mount Question

I'm considering picking up this Slinger/Leedy kit today 12/14/20, the 12 and 20 are Leedy and the 14x14 is a Slingerland Stage Band. I'm curious about the tom mount holes on the BD, they look to be directly centered over the badge rather than off to the side like the catalogs show. The holes look a bit far apart to be a double tom mount to me, looks like its drilled for a 4-hole rail. Any thoughts on this? I haven't been able to see them in person yet.

This is just a pieced together set of drums, there are two sets of holes one is for a cymbal mount and the other is a leedy tom mount, that would come from a real leedy not slingerland era leedy. if you can get it cheap go for it
