Leedy Spartan Bass Drum - repair

Hi There,

This is my first post here, I have a 28" Leedy Spartan Bass drum that has been pretty mutiliated, just over half of the lugs have been ripped out of the shell and the hoops have come apart at their joins... Is it worth repairing and how would I go about it?

First off, welcome to the forum. Looks like it is pretty gone, more pictures would help. Lots of things to consider, does it have sentimental value, do you have any woodworking skills and tools, do you want to rewrap it. Might be best to strip it for the parts.
