Leedy Snare Identification

I'm trying to figure out what model this 5x14 Leedy snare is. It has eight lugs.

Dude wants $300, thoughts?

It's the Ray Mosca model, It's essentially a slingerland Hollywood ace. the price to me is a tad high.

+1 with V-more, although I believe it is a mid to late 60's Frank Capp model which looks to be the same drum as the Ray Mosca model just renamed.

I thought the Frank Capp model had only 6 lugs.

60's slingerland hollywood aces in common colors generally run $250 in good shape. Add $50 for the Leedy Factor. Yes it's a fair price.
