I was fortunate enough to obtain this Leedy & Ludwig snare drum recently. It features a 3-point strainer, extended snare butt, 8 Imperial lugs and horizontal muffler system. The prior owner wrapped it in a modern white pearl finish. Since I wanted it to reflect the era in which it was manufactured, I had it done in a Green Glass Glitter.

There were only 8 wraps originally offered by Leedy & Ludwig between 1951 and 1955 and this is one of them.
