I really could do with some help on identifying these drums! So far I've found out that they could be a Carlton star (correct me if I'm wrong). I received them without any badges or names to identify the make or model. I have now fully restored them and looking to pass them on to a collector here in the UK although I have no idea how much they are worth, any ideas? I was possibly thing £150-£200.

Post some more pics. It should not be hard - but is difficult with your one pic that leaves much to be seen.
Pics that would help:
-mount on the side of the tom
-Close up of the cymbal arm mount on the bass drum
-BD spur/leg
-Floor tom leg mount on the side of the FT
Reinforcement rings inside the toms?
Generally speaking, if so - 1967 or earlier
If not - 1968 or later.
