these are on my local cl. lugs look pretty neat, just wondering if anyone has info on them.

Your is made by Pearl from 1976-79 you will fine these same lugs that are on the mounted toms and bass that you would fine on C.B.700 drums...The tom mount is wrong looks to be a Tama swingstar 1980's....Mikey

There is a mix of CB 700 and Gretch Blackhawk-type generic hardware on these drums.I would bet on 9-ply luan with zolocote interiors.Even though the mounts look like Tama,the metal is MUCH thinner and cracks easily.
