L&l Broadway New Era

I picked this one up some time ago. It needed a little work and a few missing parts. The Leedy & Ludwig "New Era" came in a 4.5 x 14 configuration with 16 side-by side Leedy beavertail lugs and a Pioneer strainer. It's one of my favorites in my collection of vintage U.S. made snare drums.

vintagemore2000: Yes it is. However, I've got a funny feeling that I'm not going to get tired of it anytime soon. Thanks for the offer though (LOL)!

Ludwig-dude: I think that if I bring anymore drums home both me AND this drum may end up in my backyard!

Hey School, can you send me some pics of that snare. I picked one up and it's missing parts and I need to see what I need as far as the throw, muffler, etc. What's the date on the inside btw?
