LA or Oaklawn??

Hello,

I have recently purchased a set of Camco drums from Craigslist and they are in great shape with no extra holes drilled and all original Hardware for cheap.. the only issue is that they came with no Badges and I was told that they had gone missing through the years just from wear and tear so his story goes.. They are a 5 piece drum set consisting of:

22x14 bass drum

Rack tom 13x9

Rack tom 14×10

Floor tom 16×16

Snare 6.5×14

They are a darker sort of walnut color, and the snare is a lighter natural maple. I have seen these types of kits from both Camco lines but theres nothing inside the shells indicating.. I would like to put the appropriate badges on but want to be sure i put the correct ones on. Anyone know if these are LA's or Oaklawns?? I have attached a picture of the kit,

If I am guessing they are LA.

I think if the interiors are clear that also means LA.

Looks like Walnut stain.

If you take off a head and send a picture of the inside edge can also tell better.

If LA there might be numbers written inside also.

Nice find. Do they have the mufflers on them?

The tom mount is original.

The snare is a Beauty and could be from different era.

But I think lacquer finishes were LA or Chanute.

Others will chime in with their knowledge but might need more pictures.

Strange about the badges thou.
