LA Camco Natural

Loading...

Everytime a Camco kit gets saved, an angel gets its wings.

My main Oaklawn kit is a bit like that but the 20" x 12" bass drum, 12" rack and 14" tom all came out without any hardware. Since then an additional 16", a snare or two and a near complete 18" x 12" bass drum as well (these did come with hardware though).

And, now due to space issues, I'm getting rid of all my extraneous drums and kits....the 14" mentioned above sadly being one of these.

I'll probably catch hell for saying this, but... if you guys who have never played Camco, really love playing drums, then you need to treat yourself to a vintage Camco kit. If you've never owned one, sell everything else you have and sink every penny into a set of vintage Camco drums. Preferably Geo. Way, or Oaklawn era drums when they were made from 4-ply Jasper shells. Treat yourself at least once in your life to a set of Camco's.

You'll never look back! They sound that good.

Ok, let he who is without sin cast the first stone! :p

John

Too many great drums to list here!

Couldn't agree with you more John.

9 Camco sets for sale on Ebay right now and at least 4 sets that I know of are currently offered outside Ebay.

It's now or never I would say !!!!
