King's stone: Snare Drum!

Hi,

Like to share two pics of a King's Stone snare drum. Guess it's rather rare ...

Thought until this, that King's Stone was only the head's brand ...!

King's Stone = a STAR brand name, for shells as well.

Thanks, grantro (I try my very best ;) )!

There's another King's Stone, a complete drumset, here:

http://www.ilgaragediasso.net/index.php?page=shop.product_details&product_id=415&flypage=vmj_hunk.tpl&pop=0&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=2&lang=en

Finish appears to be the same, but this drumset is in Italy (the snare drum was a German ebay auction).

What does the name Kings Stone have to do with ANYTHING?It is just SO RANDOM-Most of the MIJ names relate to drums,or a venue you'd play drums at,etc. Maybe something valuable, like a Pearl?A King's Stone...That is a reachBurger Kin

Teverson-sr: my first idea was, that it is a wordplay/ a modification of King's Tone (as Star/ Tama always had/ has an affinity to Royalties: Royal Star, Imperial Star)!
